Today I realized why I binge eat.. I have an oral fixation. I chew on everything: finger nails, pens, rims of plastic cups, straws, entire packs of gum. Anything that is remotely clean somehow makes it to my mouth. I can eat huge meals and not feel hungry. I can eat two dinners. I can drink an obsessive amount of water, coffee, tea, and soda. I have gotten addicted to sugar and junk food.

Lately it has gotten so bad that I started to gain weight. I no longer fit in to clothes that I could wear a few months ago. I am not overweight, by any means. But now is my time to get fit and healthy.

I am on a six week plan to a better, skinnier me. Tomorrow I will update with my current measurements, intakes, and exercise goals.
